The AIKTC Central Library organized a workshop on ORCID for faculty members, focusing on the creation and integration of ORCID IDs. This initiative aimed to streamline the creation of the Vidwan Database for faculty, aligning with NAAC Criteria 2 requirements. The session provided an overview of ORCID, its benefits, and a step-by-step guide to creating and maintaining an ORCID ID, enhancing their research visibility and ensuring accurate academic representation in the Vidwan Database. The session was well-received, with active participation from faculty members, furthering the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and compliance with accreditation standards.
