The In-Out Management System is a web-based application designed to monitor and manage the entry and exit of patrons visiting the library and related facilities such as the Study Zone and Reading Room. The system scans the barcode available on the user ID card and automatically records the entry and exit time of the patrons.

Patron details, including photographs, are fetched directly from the KOHA database and displayed within the system for easy identification and verification.
